EPPC Albania on behalf of its client, is currently recruiting a Retail Sales Manager.
Major Responsibilities:
Extensive Business Development through an appointed retail network nationally;
Participation in the design of the Retail Sales strategy for the network;
Close collaboration with Commercial Department and Marketing for the implementation of merchandising and marketing plan;
Design and implementation of the retail network sales strategy;
Execution of the strategic plan and budget for the commencement of the company's activities;
Supervision, in close collaboration with HR department and retail store Managers, of personnel selection and improvement of customer service quality;
Establish methods and controls aiming to enhance customer satisfaction through service and innovation;
Utilize enterprise tools and conduct needed analyses to ensure, lead-time, price and quality factors;
Market monitoring and market analysis;
Coordination of the company's retail activities with the wholesale activities;
Full P&L responsibility for the store’s operation;
Achievement of various KPI targets of stores performance;
Stock controlling and keeping on budget levels;
Cyclical inventories and end of year statutory stock taking operations;
Expansion of the network in coordination with high management;
Ensure strategic development of Accounting staff and team work performance.
Requirements for this position are:
Proven prior management experience in retail, with a background in leading sales stores and managing a sales department;
Excellent teamwork skills and flexibility in interpersonal relationships;
Very good English;
Highly proficient in computer skills;
Methodical and well-organized;
High standards of honesty and integrity;
Strong selling and coaching abilities.
