Overview of the position:The Junior Payroll Advisor will be responsible for supporting the payroll process, including data entry,
certificate management, as well as time management data.
Duties and Responsibilites:
Careful and accurate recording of personnel master data.
Creation of existing reports.
Preparation of certificates using work aids.
Absence and time management.
Handling customer inquiries and inquiries from the customer's employees within the respective area of responsibility.
Processing topics using solution templates or process descriptions.
Qualifications:
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially strong skills in Excel.
Good knowledge of German language.
English skills are desirable; in certain areas
Willingness and ability to learn.
High quality standards.
Resilience and flexibility.
Teamwork skills.
Good numerical understanding.
