IP Access Specialist
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
Operation and Maintenance of Access Equipment of Fix NGN Network; MSANs, OLTs, ONUs. Implement, Configure, Provide, Maintain and Deliver the Voice , xDSL and FTTx services.
Main Tasks:
Responsible for the Access Network Equipment;
Monitor and Analyze Access Network Performance.
Technical support for Operation and Maintenance tasks on Access Network Element;
Prepare Hardware, Software and Planning Data for the Commissioning Access Network Element on Network;
Handling trouble tickets related to Access Network Element;
Perform acceptance and testing of CPE according to the FCC submissions;
Wired CPE (Customer Premise(s) Equipment) maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance check;
Education:
University Degree in Telecommunication/Computer Science /Computer Engineering /Electronic;
Experience:
At least 1 year’s previous experience in a similar position;
Skills:
Good knowledge of Telecommunication Network, LAN/WAN Network, DSL2/ADSL2+, VDSL2, SHDSL, GPON Service, Voice, TCP/IP functionality;
CCNA Certificate is considered an advantage;
Knowledge for IGMP, H248 and SIP protocol, Multicast Service;
Very good communication skills;
Very good knowledge of English;
Available to work overtime when necessary;
Valid Driving License;
