    Training & Development Specialist
    Department: Human Resources
    Report to: Head of HR
    Employment Type: Full-time
    Location: Main Offices, Lunder, Tirane
    We are looking for a motivated and experienced Training & Development Specialist to play a key role in enhancing employee capabilities, supporting career development, and fostering a continuous learning culture across the organization.
    Position Purpose:
    This role is responsible for designing, coordinating, and implementing training, development, and performance evaluation initiatives for staff at all levels. It is crucial for ensuring successful onboarding, ongoing professional growth, and performance improvement within the company.

    Key Responsibilities:
    Identify training needs in collaboration with department managers and design the annual training and development plan.
    Organize and coordinate internal and external training programs (technical, soft skills, leadership).
    Design and deliver training modules for both new and existing employees.
    Conducts internal training sessions on company policies, onboarding for new employees, soft skills development, and other relevant topics.
    Measure training effectiveness through feedback, testing, and performance impact analysis.
    Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation sessions and relevant materials.
    Assist in developing individual career development plans and career pathing.
    Support performance appraisal processes and analyze results to identify development needs.
    Prepare training content, presentations, manuals, and e-learning materials.
    Maintain and update databases related to training, performance evaluation, and staff development.
    Provide periodic reports on training activities, participation, and progress.
    Suggest improvements based on data analysis and employee feedback.
    Stay informed on market trends and recommend innovative learning and development practices.

    Qualifications & Skills Required:
    University degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Social Sciences, or related fields.
    3–5 years of experience in training, staff development, and/or performance evaluation.
    Experience designing onboarding and career development programs.
    Strong communication, presentation, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
    Advanced proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
    Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
