Field Operation and Maintenance SLA and KPIs Specialist
Supervise and collects data from the Ticket handling process in CRM. Act as a contact point for subcontractors to evaluate monthly SLA-s and KPI-s.
Main Tasks:
Use statistical methods to analyze data and generate useful technical reports;Follow up monthly processes of last mile new connections released by subcontractor in coordination with BI team, create monthly reports for negative cases during new connections process with respective reasons;Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets;Prepare and maintain prediction models for different segments of passive network;Work with his superior and team members in order to prioritize technical and information needs, including identifying critical metrics and KPIs, and deliver actionable insights to relevant decision;Produce and track key performance indicators;Create data dashboards, graphs and visualizations for network KPIs;Basic SAP knowledge to create PR/PO/GR etc for different maintenance processes as per approved OPEX figures in yearly budget;
Education: University degree in Telecommunication, Computer Sciences, Informatics, Mathematics, Statistic, Economic;
Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience as data analyst with huge amount of data. Experience in telecommunications industry will be considered a plus;
Skills:
High proficiency in SPSS, Python, or other statistical tools,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Packages;Technical expertise regarding data models, databases (SQL);Data mining and segmentation techniques;Knowledge and experience for building prediction models, knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS etc), ability to write comprehensive reports;Very good knowledge of English language both written and spoken;
