Tirana International Airport SHPK (TIA) is seeking to hire a
FINANCIAL CONTROL SPECIALIST
who will report to the Chief Financial Officer of the company.
Main tasks and responsibilities of the position:

Ensures that the accounting entries are properly made (including but not limited to revenues, costs, cash flow, assets);Reviewing the commercial contracts and ensuring that the invoicing is properly done as assigned;Reviewing the calculation of the aeroportual revenues and ensuring the calculations are properly performed in compliance with price list offered by TIA and agreements in place with the airlines;The financial controller will have to carry out financial analysis and offer professional opinions;Review incentives granted to airlines to ensure correct calculation and compliance with TIAs Airline Incentive Policy.
Requirements of the position:
· University Degree in Finance/Accounting or related field.
· At least two to four years of working experience in related job responsibilities.
· Good accounting knowledge.
· Skilled in office technology:
· Able to produce readable high quality reports for senior management
· Committed to providing a high standard of service and continuous improvement.
· Credible, confident and reliable.
· Honest, reliable and with integrity.
