Office & Marketing Coordinator in Tirana

The main responsabilities:
Office Management & Administrative Support
Manage all aspects of daily office operations and organizational activities
Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and headquarters
Provide administrative support to the local team
Act as the main interface between the team and clients, trading partners, and external stakeholders
Maintain and organize the office environment and administrative routines
Manage the Country Manager’s agenda and handle travel bookings
Coordinate internal/external meetings and ensure proper scheduling
Organize complex events (e.g., business travel, visa processing, approvals)
Prepare reports and presentations on various topics as requested
Maintain up-to-date spreadsheets, databases, and inventories (financial, statistical, non-financial info)
Marketing Support (Approx. 50%)
Assists in the creation and publication of marketing tools aligned with company branding and goals.
Help on organization and implementation plan of local promotional campaigns
Liaise with local suppliers and marketing agencies to coordinate campaigns and events
Translate marketing content (e.g., flyers, newsletters) into Albanian when needed
Organize, supervise, and participate in local fairs and industry events
Ideal candidate:
1-2 year experience as Office Manager, Marketing Assistant or similar position
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
University degree (Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred)
Accuracy, diligence, commitment, pro-activity
English – Advanced
Marketing background experience will be an advantage
Knowledge of electric market will be an advantage
