We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Representative to support a dynamic sales team in delivering high-quality solutions to both commercial and residential clients. This position is focused on coordinating essential sales activities, managing data, and assisting with initiatives that support business growth.
Working Hours: 14:00-23:00
Responsibilities:
Identify and engage potential customers through outbound calls, emails, and networking.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
Present and promote products and services to prospective customers.
Update information from existing software and company records, ensuring data accuracy.
Assist in proposal development, scheduling and client follow-ups.
Organize and maintain records in Microsoft SharePoint for easy access by the team.
Collaborate with internal teams to maximize customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Experience in sales, administration, or customer service is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SharePoint, with ability to manage spreadsheets and organize data effectively.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Familiarity with CRM systems and digital tools is advantageous.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
