    Job position: Treasury Supervisor
    Department: Finance Department
    Location: Tirane
    Supervision, direction and control of the whole process of management of liquidity of the company, payment relations of lending relationships with banks, controlling interest and commissions, conduct exchange operations as well as the registration, accounting and framing of all relations and transactions with banks.
    Duties and Responsibilities:
    Provides accurate registration of all transactions with banks, payment, and interest and credit relations.
    Budgeting and forecasting performance of all payments in respect of the liquidity flows and forecast cash flow of the company on a monthly basis.
    Follow-up of the payment schedule for foreign suppliers and domestic orders the exact forecast liquidity needs during the month.
    Registration and reconciling transactions with banks and bank accounts on a weekly basis. Based weekly reports to the Manager of Accounting/Finance Director the status of booking of bank transactions.
    Optimization of the structure of bank accounts in order to reduce the commissions and increase operational efficiency Society.
    Controls and registration of credit limits for each bank and each form of financing.
    Perform checks to ongoing commissions and interest on the banks' transactions and credit lines.
    Controls all transactions relating to commissions and banking interests and calculates the amount of interest that should be applied to the Company in the financing of the group transferred and used by them.
    Prepares and register in payment system and NAV payments and the relevant documentation.
    Follow relations with banks as regards the opening of LC / BG and other credit lines and prepare the necessary documentation for this purpose.
    Maintains and preserves the specific folder and all contracts and financing agreements of any type and nature that society has with banks and is responsible for archiving and preserving them.
    Control and management of funds in order to optimize costs and increase efficiency financial leverage the use of liquidity of the Company.
    Supervises the fulfillment of requirements as defined in Cash Management Procedure.
    Directs and assists in the implementation of controls according to Cash Management Procedure.
    Supervises cash balances for each store and controls the actions of cash transfers in the bank accounts of the Company.
    Responsible for managing the company's funds in order to reduce exposure to interest and exchange rates.
    Monitor the application of commissions’ monthly basis by banks that have POS in stores.
    Monitor the completion of the financing terms (Lc / BG / OVD / loans) from banks and take appropriate measures to communicate with the Director of Finance, and BALFIN Treasury on renovation / repayment of these financings.
    Follows and updates Cash Flow projections on a daily basis in accordance with the instructions of the Director of Finance.
    Preparation of reports and periodic reviews of Liquidity and Cash Flow.
    Reports every day to Director of State Finances liquidity and bank accounts.
    Prepare each week beginning liquidity ratio required by Group.
    Prepares periodically Cash Flow forecasts report payments and collections.
    Prepares monthly summary of all exposures and credit lines Society (Loan Report).
    Prepare each week a report that supplier’s seniority and reports to the Director of Finance about any problem related to them.
    Ensures that to update registration Banks followed and carried out within the day Wednesday of each week for the previous week.
    Prepare any other report requested by the Director of Finances, CEO and other leading structures of the group.
    Provides continuous development of Staff of reason, the Government Finances in stores with capacity growth accounting and liquidity management.
    Directs and guides Shop’s staff for procedures concerning the administration of funds.
    Assist the Director of Finance in the implementation of controls and procedures concerning the management of liquidity of the company and assist in the preparation of guidelines for staff of Finances in stores.
    Participate actively in any project that has to do with changes and improvements CASH FLOW and new implementations regarding liquidity control techniques.
    Increasing efficiency in relations concerning liquidity management.
    Is the contact person for the purposes of relations with banks and institutions in the financial and contact person with the suppliers as regards the exchange of information on payments and other details.
    Interact with the Department of Finance colleagues in other societies and colleagues Group in order administering a better level of liquidity Friend Group.
    Qualifications:
    Minimum 5 years’ experience in accounting and finance.
    Good knowledge of accounting and liquidity management.
    Good knowledge of financial instruments funding as LC / BG / lines of credit / OVD thirst.
    Good analytical skills and diagnostic.
    Good knowledge of banking practices and administration to liquidity.
    Good knowledge of English language.
    Good knowledge of MS Office package.
    Good knowledge of NAV.
    High level of responsibility.
    Capacity good for resolving accounting issues.
    Effective management of time.
    Accuracy / correctly.
    Good communication skills.
    self-motivation.
    Good skills to adapt to changes.
    Orientation towards maximizing performance.
    Degree in Finance / Accounting.
