EPPC Albania on behalf of its client, is looking for a People Partner Manager.
Responsibilities:
Act as a trusted people advisor to identify and achieve shared objectives, advise and support with the people plans and talent needs, thus playing a crucial role in improving the employee experience and culture, further facilitating employee empowerment and enhancing mutual communication;
Will proactively collaborate with managers and colleagues across the organization to promote employee engagement, professional development within a learning culture and contribute to a high performing and inclusive work environment;
Will provide HR expertise to the teams of responsibility, guide in people matters in accordance with best practice, the internal guidance and procedures and legal compliance and handle employee concerns/complaints in a sensitive and confidential manner;
Will oversee onboarding processes to ensure a positive experience for new hires;
Will provide support for career development and training opportunities for employees;
Will measure the pulse of our company culture with easy to set up employee engagement surveys, analyze and present data on the effectiveness of employee experience programs and strategies;
Will maintain internal communication channels for employee engagement and communicate effectively with employees to keep them informed of changes and updates;
Will stay informed of the latest trends and best practices in employee experience management.
Requirements for this position are:
University degree in HR, BA, or related field;
Proven experience in employee engagement, HR, or related roles in corporative environments would be preferably;
Previous experience with employee full life-cycle and use of HRIS;
Proficient in Italian & English, both spoken and written;
Excellent knowledge & understanding of all aspects of HR functions and best practices;
Ability to design and implement employee experience initiatives;
Analytical mindset with the capability to interpret data and metrics related to employee satisfaction;
Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational and time management skills.
