Talent Acquisition and Organizational Development Team Manager
Purpose of the position: To plan and supervise, competencies, skills and experience necessary to fulfil both long-term and short-term business requirements. Lead the talent acquisition function and help the organization hire top talent in a timely, efficient, and cost-effective manner while promoting diverse and inclusive hiring practices. Responsible for overseeing and supervising the Performance Appraisal Processes and support other development processes in the company.
Main Tasks:
Understand the strategic needs of the hiring managers in order to plan and monitor recruitment budgets.
Establish a strong and healthy relationship with hiring managers in the company.
Initiate efficient recruitment strategies to meet the Company manpower requirements to be followed with advertising, interviewing and the selection of the best candidate.
Partnering and coordinating with leaders and hiring managers within the organization to track ongoing hiring needs of their structures.
Managing end-to-end recruitment for senior roles.
Manage and coordinate the implementation of organizational changes and follow-up on organizational changes and correlation with the administration of the related documents.
Maintain close relationship with partners for providing quality service, monitor SLA-s and report feedback to the supervisor; promote good partnership.
Oversee the annual appraisal process, monitoring compliance with time table, support the communication and working with the management to ensure consistency of quality in appraisal process preparing feedback.
Ensure that the departmental goals are aligned with the company’s strategic goals and objectives.
Ensure that all promotions and internal transfers are based on the employees’ performance results, skills, devotion, hard work and fit for the role.
Lead and play an active role in initiating and promoting human resource and employee activities and communicate HR agendas across the organization.
Conduct the Employee Satisfaction Survey to measure employees’ overall expectation.
Design and development of respective policies and procedures in collaboration with the Supervisor.
Coordinate the activities of the team for the purpose of ensuring that all appropriate deadlines are met effectively and efficiently.
Defining and driving team on continuous improvement to meet and exceed expectations.
Performs other obligations and duties at the request of the Supervisor.
Education: University Degree.
Experience and Qualifications: Experienced in Office Management, at least one year of related experience.
Skills:
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Good knowledge of the business.
Team working and self-reliable.
Self-starter.
Very good analytical skills.
Problem solving.
PC literate.
Very good level of English, both written and spoken.
