Sales Operational Specialist
Traveling to assigned store locations.
Assess the quality, variety, and pricing of products and services offered.
Follow specific instructions and guidelines provided for each assignment, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
Keep all information about the mystery shopping assignments strictly confidential.
Inspecting the store's environment to detect possible concerns and areas for improvement.
Completing and submitting a written report detailing the shopping experience after each store visit and providing feedback to the company
Gather information in various stores or businesses
Thoroughly understand policies and procedures
Complete regular, scheduled reporting as required by sales leaders and their teams (monthly/quarterly/annual)
Manage projects of various types and sizes
Collaborate with the CEO’s company to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics
Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
Provide training and support to the sales team on sales tools, processes, and best practices
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or a related field.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Excellent knowledge of English (most of the business is conducted in English)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently.
Analytical skills.
Ability to follow instructions.
Self-motivated with a drive to succeed.
