Main Duties
To assist in the:
Preparation of the periodical reports to the Bank of Albania, ASD and other regulatory bodies.
Preparation of the financial information and reporting packages to the Shareholder, BoD, Management, and any other institutions or internal Departments’ requests.
Preparation of quarterly review report for external auditors.
Yearly budgeting process.
Preparation of monthly profitability report and analysis for branches.
Qualifications / Requirements:
University degree in Finance / Economics / Business Informatics
To have at least 2 years job experience in related fields (finance, banking, and accounting).
Strong Financial and/or Accounting understanding and being versed in banking concepts is a plus.
Very good knowledge of IFRS rules and reporting.
Very good knowledge of the regulations and reporting according to Bank of Albania standards.
Very good knowledge of English, written and spoken (Turkish as a second language is an advantage).
Good proficiency with technology and computer programs- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
To be accurate and trustworthy. Displays integrity, honesty and commitment.
Holds self and others accountable for measurable high-quality results and meets deadlines;
Capable to work under pressure.
Very good oral and written communication along with strong organization and multi-tasking skills.
Maintains a positive, open, and objective attitude towards other points of view and perspectives.
