On behalf of a well-known company with many years of activity in Region and Albania, DIMENSION HR is recruiting candidates for the position of:
FINANCIAL SPECIALIST
The ideal candidate will have experience in financial operations, including invoicing, bookkeeping, and expense management, and will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Creating Invoices: Generate and manage invoices for our clients, ensuring timely and accurate billing.
Daily Bookkeeping: Maintain daily financial records, double-check bank statements, and reconcile them with rental agreements.
Operational Expense Management: Manage operational expenses, including handling petty cash for daily company tasks and ensuring proper documentation.
Communication with Outsourced Accountants: Collaborate with our external accounting firm to ensure compliance and accurate financial reporting.
Communication with Local Financial Executives in Head Office: Coordinate with our financial team in Macedonia to align on financial processes and reporting.
Requirements:
Previous experience in financial management, bookkeeping, or accounting.
Relevant educational background in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple financial tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
Working Hours:
The company offer stable working hours from Monday to Friday, with a choice between 8:00 AM to 16:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 17:00 PM. Weekends are off.
Location:
This position is based at our new office in the Blloku area, providing a modern and convenient working environment in the heart of Tirana.
