    RESERVATION AGENT
    SCOPE: HOTEL REPORTS TO: RESERVATION MANAGER DEPARTMENT: RESERVATION​
    MISSION: The Reservation Agent is usually the first point of contact for customers when they contact the hotel to make room booking. This means it's necessary to answer questions, provide the right information and a range of booking options and use sales techniques to encourage customers to make a booking.

    OPERATIONS

    Booking Management:
    Receive, process and confirm room reservations and additional services through different channels, including phone calls, emails and online booking platforms.

    Customer Service:
    Provide personalized attention to potential and current guests, responding to inquiries and requests with professionalism and kindness.
    Offer recommendations and assistance in selecting rooms, services, and packages that fit the needs and preferences of clients.

    Coordination and Communication:
    Collaborate with other hotel departments (reception, sales).
    Manage and resolve any conflict or inconvenience related to reservations, looking for solutions that guarantee customer satisfaction.

    Sales Optimization:
    Implement upselling and cross-selling strategies to maximize the profitability of bookings, offering additional services and improvements to guests.

    Policy Compliance:
    Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures regarding reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
    Ensure the confidentiality and security of guests' personal and payment information.

    REQUIREMENTS


    EDUCATION AND TRAINING:Bachelor's degreeLANGUAGES:Fluent English and AlbanianSPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE:Ability to handle multiple tasks
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    Proactive attitude, customer orientation and problem-solving skills.
    Tool management: PMS, SAP, Office Package.
    Knowledge of hotel operations.EXPERIENCE:Previous experience in a similar position in the hospitality or customer service industry will be considered as an advantage.
