We are currently seeking a dedicated and professional Technical Support Specialist to join our team. This full-time role involves providing technical assistance and troubleshooting to our customers, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
Provide clear and accurate information to customers
Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve support services
Desired Qualifications:
Strong Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Fluency in English
Experience with Ticketing systems
IT-related certifications are a plus
Working Hours:
Full-time position
24/7 shift
On-site work required
