Matilpro Shpk is on the verge of expansion and is looking for a Sales Manager in the Sales Department:
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Responsible for following up with existing clients to ensure quality service delivery.
-Identifies new sales opportunities.
-Identifies prospects and manages the sales cycle as effectively as possible.
-Represents the company's products and services.
-Identifies, studies and achieves sales goals by assessing current customer needs.
-Follows a defined sales process with potential buyers, often including product demonstrations and presentations.
-Possess in-depth knowledge of all products.
-Performs periodic daily, weekly and monthly reports for the achievement of set objectives.
-Coordinates work with other sales representatives to ensure quotas are being met and company standards are being met.
-Cooperates with colleagues for the smooth running of the speed and ensuring the best result for the benefit of the company and within the planned deadline.
Required Skills:
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills, presentation and interpersonal skills.
-Effective analytical and problem solving skills.
-Ability to plan work and set priorities.
-Very good negotiation and coordination skills.
-Good sales management and CRM skills.
-Have very good knowledge of computer programs/Microsoft Office packages. Required qualifications and experience:
-Experience in the same field or in similar companies.
-Good knowledge of Italian and English.
-Good knowledge of MS Office packages .
