For our new office in Tirana, we are looking for a Tender Specialist - 100% (m/f)
The candidate will be responsible for designing engineering solutions, drafting technical reports and graphics for tenders in the Civil Infrastructure sector. He will provide technical support to the Tender Office and participate in internal and external project meetings. He will be placed in the Tender Office Department - Technical Section and will interface with the Technical Manager, the Proposal Managers and the other designers of the Tender Office. The ideal candidate will exhibit analytical thinking, be hardworking, responsible, and flexible, and have a solid command of professional/technical English or Italian languages.
Requirements:
Master's degree in Civil Engineering
Excellent basic technical preparation
Excellent basic digital skills
Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office package
Good knowledge of the English language
Other skills request:
Minimum 5 years of design experience in the field of Civil Engineering, with at least 5 years of experience in complex large scale projects, or equivalent outstanding performance and competency;
Multidisciplinary training: Structures, Geotechnics, Roads, Hydraulics
Experience as a designer of infrastructure such as railways, roads and highways, airports, etc.
Soft Skills:
Proactive approach to work and curiosity
Aptitude for developing transversal skills
Relationship skills in working in a team in a multidisciplinary and structured context
Flexibility and ability to adapt
Ability to organize and optimize one's work
Approach based on objectives and oriented towards meeting deadlines
Work ethic
