    Job position: Category Manager.
    Department: Commercial.
    Location: Head Office, Tiranë.

    Summary of the position: To carry out, find and apply the strategy for the relevant category where it is; To be cost-optimal and possible through effective negotiations with different suppliers and impossible to do better to be more efficient; This position requires the person who is the company will have the right product, at the right time, in order to have sales and income.

    Duties and Responsibilities:
    • To carry out market and competition analysis for the products of the category.
    • To select and apply strategies for the relevant category based on the company's strategy.
    • Product range – study the complete line of a product, be knowledgeable about the product; Looking for new products that will help increase the company's income; Select and list suppliers;
    • Control over prices – negotiate the optimal cost of products with suppliers and conclude that the Company has the cheapest prices in the market;
    • To prepare and plan - the implementation of products on the shelves;
    • Promotional activities – to cooperate with suppliers for the plan of promotional activities; To implement the plan in cooperation with the Marketing and Operational Departments;
    • Budget – to prepare a business plan for its respective categories;
    • To select and list suppliers;
    • Is responsible for sales and profits for the category he covers;
    • Negotiate for the best conditions for the Company based on the criteria of the contract with the Company; Develop and implement the supply business plan and set performance targets for suppliers;
    • Make a summary of all the terms of the contract and give them to the departments related to them, such as Finance (payment period, bonuses for suppliers), Logistics for delivery time, Marketing for promotions;
    • Create a positive and stable relationship with all suppliers and be the key contact for the Company and sales;
    • Work with sales to ensure product availability, delivery and resolve pricing or any other issues.
    • Collaborate with Operations and Store Managers to update brands and store needs when they need to make decisions;
    • Prepare and analyze reports to determine the percentage of sales and make the right decision for the type of category;
    • Is responsible for all documentation and data belonging to the category it covers;
    • Must cooperate with other departments such as Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, Logistics, Sales, IT, and Expansion to solve various problems;
    • Know and use the operating system very well, etc.

    Qualifications and Skills:
    - Education:
    Possess a university degree, preferably in Business Administration and/or Marketing.
    - Work Experience:
    Have similar work experience in retail sales.

    - Additional qualifications:
    • Computer skills of the Microsoft Office package;
    • Good knowledge of English, a second language will be an advantage (spoken and written).

    - Additional skills:
    • To be a motivated and ambitious person;
    • To have the sense of trade and be oriented;
    • Have high negotiation skills;
    • Be able to work under pressure;
    • Know how to make decisions and be responsible.
