Job Description: REGIONAL MANAGER
We are looking for a teammate to work in the Tirana-Albania office of our company, which is an accredited certification body in management systems.
In the region he is responsible for (Albania);
• Communicating with our existing customers and initiating and monitoring the renewal processes of certificates that are due for renewal,
• To find freelance Chief Auditors and to provide information/promotion about our company and to ensure that they become auditors of our company.
• To find Consultants working in our sector and to inform/promote them about our company and to ensure their cooperation with our company.
• To print out the certificates of our certified customers in PDF format sent from the head office and deliver them to the customers.
• To inform/promote our services by meeting with potential customers, to make offers, to follow up and to finalize the work.
• To work to meet regional demands in the works to be carried out by the headquarters in order to expand our field of activity.
• Preparing weekly/monthly reports and presenting them to senior management.
Note: After the agreement is reached, orientation training about our company and our industry will be held.
Note: Work will be done in the form of Salary + Bonus (bonus).
Required Qualifications:
• Knowing the local language of the region where he/she will work (preferably his/her mother tongue),
• Demonstrate planning and organizational skills,
• Fluent in English (minimum B1),
• Being able to produce solutions to problems,
• Demonstrate a tendency towards cooperation and teamwork,
• Strong communication skills and prone to teamwork,
• Class B driver's license holder (Able to actively drive)
• Having analytical thinking ability,
• Demonstrate effective communication skills,
