Data Analytics Expert
Purpose of position: Responsible for analysing the costumer behavior during all his lifecycle, by segment of costumers with purpose of fostering customer loyalty and increasing his lifetime value. Consequently, increasing companies’ revenue.
Main Tasks:
Identify actionable insights working on large structured and unstructured data sets.
Design machine learning models to identify threats and opportunities of a customer lifecycle.
Actively participate in the design and creation of new campaigns.
Conduct post analysis of the campaigns by comparing to expected performance and propose changes if necessary.
Work on data analytics to prepare different reports for higher management.
Build automated alert reports in case of unexpected deviations in customer value and activity.
Translate insights into business-friendly presentations.
Other duties as requested from the supervisor.
Contract Duration: This position offers a temporary contract for a duration of 1 year, with the potential for extension based on performance and company needs.
Education: University Degree IT/Statistics/Mathematics/Economics.
Experience and Qualifications: At least one year experience in the company; SPSS Statistics & Modeler, SQL, MS Excel thinking is required. Fluency in English. R, Python.
Skills:
Strong MS Excel skills (able to work with large data sets).
SPSS Statistics & Modeler, SQL, R, Python.
Strong analytical skills.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Business awareness.
Able to handle a heavy workload under pressure with competing priorities.
Very good multitasking and organizational skills.
Good command of English language.
