We are hiring for a Trainer / Team Leader who has previous experience in a sales / bd / call center environment.
Responsibilities
Training new and existing Consultants regarding existing SOP and procedures
Provide individual training to employees who need extra support or under performing
Monitoring sales figures and targets
Motivating staff to meet sales targets
Conducting regular performance reviews for the team
Implementing new policies and procedures for the team
Reporting to the Managing Director
Support the team in the morning set up so every one is up and running
Support in creating and improving the existing training guides in order to
Audit the teams work to ensure compliance with SOP/ Procedures
Requirement
Min 1 year of experience as a trainer in a sales / bd environment
Previous experience as a hands on sales / business development environment
Fluent in English and Albanian
Great attention to detail
Excellent knowledge and experience in Excel, word, database,
Fast thinking and ability to resolve problems
Benefits
5 days per week – Monday to Friday
20 days holidays per year + public holidays
