We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Quality Assurance Specialist and Agent.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and adherence to standards across our operations.
Qualifications:
Quality Control, Quality Assurance and Quality Management Skills
Quality Auditing Skills
Excellent Attention to details
Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills
Fluency in English
Ability to analyze and interpret data.
Strong problem-solving skills to address quality issues and implement effective solutions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to document findings and communicate with team members and stakeholders.
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
Establishing quality benchmarks and standards based on industry norms, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations. Developing and implementing QA processes and procedures.
Participating in reviews to ensure adherence to standards and identify potential issues early.
Presenting the quality targets and KPI on weekly/monthly calls with the clients.
Conducting regular audits of processes and procedures to ensure compliance with QA standards and continuous improvement.
Gathering and analyzing quality metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Maintaining detailed documentation to demonstrate compliance during audits and reviews.
Identifying potential risks to product quality and implementing strategies to mitigate them.
