Employment Notice: Administrator in Albania

Location: Albania
Salary: 500 Euro per month

We are a dynamic employment agency based in Lithuania, with the aim of expanding our activity we are looking for a competent and proactive Administrator to join our team in Albania.
Job Duties:
• Company Formation: Create and Register companies in Albania on behalf of our agency.
• Electronic Signatures: Use your electronic signatures for official documents.
• Company Formation for Clients: Assist in the formation of companies for our clients as needed.
• Invitation Management: Manage invitations for individuals to work with us or our clients.
• Organization of Offices: Find and organize office premises for our operations in Albania.
• Contract Management: Draft and manage contracts for work with other companies and partners.
Requests:
• Location: You must be based in Albania.
• Experience: Previous experience in administrative roles or company formation is preferred.
• Skills: Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, and knowledge in the use of electronic signatures and digital documents (E-albania)
• Language: Good knowledge of English and Albanian.
