[COLOR=var(--color-text)]-Identifies new sales opportunities.[/COLOR]
[COLOR=var(--color-text)]-Identifies prospects and manages the sales cycle as effectively as possible.[/COLOR]
[COLOR=var(--color-text)]-Represents the company's products and services.[/COLOR]
[COLOR=var(--color-text)]-Identifies, studies and achieves sales goals by assessing current customer needs.[/COLOR]
[COLOR=var(--color-text)]-Follows a defined sales process with potential buyers, often including product demonstrations and presentations.[/COLOR]
[COLOR=var(--color-text)]-Possess in-depth knowledge of all products.[/COLOR]
[COLOR=var(--color-text)]-Performs periodic daily, weekly and monthly reports for the achievement of set objectives.[/COLOR]
[COLOR=var(--color-text)]-Coordinates work with other sales representatives to ensure quotas are being met and company standards are being met.[/COLOR]
[COLOR=var(--color-text)]-Cooperates with colleagues for the smooth running of the speed and ensuring the best result for the benefit of the company and within the planned deadline.[/COLOR]
[COLOR=var(--color-text)]Required Skills:[/COLOR]
[COLOR=var(--color-text)]-Excellent written and verbal communication skills, presentation and interpersonal skills.[/COLOR]
[COLOR=var(--color-text)]-Effective analytical and problem solving skills.[/COLOR]
[COLOR=var(--color-text)]-Ability to plan work and set priorities.[/COLOR]
[COLOR=var(--color-text)]-Very good negotiation and coordination skills.[/COLOR]
[COLOR=var(--color-text)]-Good sales management and CRM skills.[/COLOR]
[COLOR=var(--color-text)]-Have very good knowledge of computer programs/Microsoft Office packages. Required qualifications and experience:[/COLOR]
[COLOR=var(--color-text)]-Experience in the same field or in similar companies.[/COLOR]
[COLOR=var(--color-text)]-Good knowledge of Italian and English.[/COLOR]
