Alumil Albania LLC, headquartered on the Tirana-Durres Highway, 7th km, has been operating in Albania since 2004 and is one of the largest companies for the production and retail and wholesale of aluminium products in the Albanian market.
Alumil Albania LLC is part of ALUMIL S.A. headquartered in Thessaloniki-Greece which is the largest privately owned aluminium extruding group in South East Europe in terms of production capacity, for complete aluminium profile systems. For its needs, the company seeks to hire experienced employee in the following position:
Sales Consultant
Position Objective
The purpose of the Regional Sales Consultant role is to increase the company's sales in his/her area of responsibility through the development and management of affiliates (salespersons and/ or fabricators). In addition to the direct sale responsibilities and duties that are essential, his/her role is to develop strong affiliates who will contribute both to the sales volume and the quality of the company's reputation in the region.
1.Main Duties:
Be responsible for the accurate implementation of the company's commercial and credit policies, payment collection and the financial targets with the clients of its region.
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential partners in order to create a strong loyal base of partners in Alumil's network
Constantly visit the company's partners (fabricators or dealers) on a daily basis, support and advise them both in technical as much as in commercial issues, so our partners can become exceptionally good in their line of work.
Work closely with company’s partner's (dealers and fabricators) aiming to continually improve them. Advise them and consults them on how they could do more.
Find & develop new partners for Alumil.
Be responsible for promoting the new products & services in the market, through presentations and active support to its partners (dealers & fabricators)
Be responsible for getting feedback from the market about our products & services and giving it to our product managers and escalating it to his supervisors.
Constantly try to grow the company's market share by cross-selling or up-selling to the company's partners.
Research and analyze market shares within his/ her areas of responsibility. Make proposals to increase the company's market share.
2.Requirements:
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
- University Degree
- Sales experience for at least 5 years in B2B sector.
- Experience on the construction sector is a serious plus.
- CRM experience will also be considered as a plus.
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Ability to work well in teams
- Good knowledge of English Language
