DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
The Development Manager is responsible for coordinating every phase from defining initial goals and strategy to the identification of the strategic locations for the Restaurants.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Identifying and mapping strategic locations;
Creates and recommends development strategies and positioning of restaurants.
Develops action plans based on management requirements for changes in restaurant and special projects.
Interacts and communicates plans with all levels and involved stakeholders, such as architects, builders, designers, etc.
Manages projects in accordance with time requirements for Building New Restaurants and Renovation of Existing ones;
Develops the scope of work in accordance with operational and budgetary needs;
Ensures compliance with all applicable building codes, health and company standards;
Coordinates and maintains agreements with owners;
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Preferably university degree in Business Administration, Economics or Management;
Experience: 2+ years of commercial experience and knowledge of the real estate market;
Good business planning skills;
Financial ability, including the ability to develop budgets;
Excellent communication, influence and negotiation skills to achieve productive results;
Knowledge of retail sales;
Experience in submitting proposals in a clear, simple and written form;
Good Time Management;
Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders;
The desire to succeed in a competitive environment;
