EPPC Albania on behalf of its client, one of the largest manufacturers in the world in water treatment systems, is currently recruiting a Business Development Manager for Kosovo.
Essential Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the business;
Developing key performance goals and managing the performance reviews of staff;
Creating and implementing strategies for business growth;
Overseeing large projects and interpreting performance reports;
Maintaining relationships with key clients and stakeholders;
Managing the budget and monitoring the financial health of the business unit;
Ensuring that departments or units deliver quality offerings to clients;
Developing new solutions to meet client needs;
Improving internal processes for better productivity;
Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and competitors.
Requirements for this position are :
University degree in Business Administration or a related field;
Proven experience in similar management role with a focus in Sales and/or Commercial;
Knowledge of budgeting, financial management and business operations;
Strong managerial, communication and interpersonal skills;
Flexibility to relocate in Kosovo, Pristina – is a MUST.
Strong problem-solving and decision making;
Experience of delivering commercial projects/negotiations;
Very good English;
Clean Driving License(Category B).
