    Key Account Manager

    JOB OVERVIEW

    The Key Account Manager builds and maintains long-term collaboration with the most potential decisional stakeholders - HCPs, TOP pharmacies/ pharmacy chains. Responsible for sales growth from the targeted key accounts within the territory through promotion of the assigned brand.

    JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONISBILITIES

    -Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers – Doctors, Pharmacists;
    - Develops business relationships with KOL
    - Prepares and conducts brand presentations for Doctors
    - Creates and maintains database of the HCPs for the assigned territory describing the respective stakeholder’s significance for the business;
    -Organises participation of scientific events – conferences, seminars;
    - Implements and executes brand strategy;
    - Adapts promotional materials;
    - Conducts competitive analysis and build the best approach for the positioning;
    - Maximizes sales volume to meet revenue targets on country level
    -Responsible for the effective management of promotional budget;
    -Defines and reaches measurable goals and KPIs for the HCPs and pharmacy chains channels
    -Provides regular reports on the marketing environment, sales and customers development
    -Develops value-added propositions for portfolio and sales development
    REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION:

    - University degree in medicine/pharmacy/life science;
    - 2 years of experience as a Key Account Manager, Medical representatives Manager (preferably for OTC company)
    - 3 years of experience as Medical representative
    - Fluency in English;
    - Very good knowledge in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel).
    - - Clean driving license

    -Independent, self-motivate, self- organised;
    - Advanced communication skills and presentation skills
    - Assertive and focused on business results
    -Negotiation skills and analytical skills
