In the name of one of the largest foreign companies in Albania, that operate in the production of construction materials, Dimension HR is recruiting candidates for the position:
PRODUCT PORTFOLIO & EXPORT MANAGER (building materials)
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Responsible to check the potential of introducing new products, product groups, segments and innovative solutions in all the markets part of the Portfolio and drives process up to product introduction in the market with all respective departments.
Identify and negotiate with the potential internal suppliers on all current and new products terms, offer, conditions, documentations, promotional materials, quantities, etc.
Run regularly market research on products, pricing, trends, define and propose Pricing & actions to be competitive in portfolio markets, including margin analysis in close cooperation with Sales team and BC.
Monitor all existing and prospective surrounding markets, identify appropriate business opportunities, develop and maintain professional relationships with all agents and clients.
Perform assessment of all work and assist to achieve all export objectives.
Responsible to monitor and report impact of wet and dry product and their performance.
Responsible to coordinate marketing/branding events, digital campaigns etc., Loyalty programs, etc.
Responsible to organize training/benchmark campaigns of applicators & application teams, distributors, architect groups, contractors, etc.
Manage and organize training of employees, Sales teams, new comers on Ethics Systems.
Prepare and share the scripts per each new product to be launched to sales team.
Define, propose in cooperation with Market Managers, product sales targets, bundles/special offers, rebates and incentives based on targeted sales per product category, segment, system etc.
Prepare all analysis, and reporting on product, pricing, margin, departments, market dynamics, customer dynamics etc. on weekly, monthly and as per management requests. Propose and follow up execution for any changes based on decisions.
Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems related to product quality etc; propose solutions; and making recommendations to management aiming Customer claim resolution within approved KPI and ensure customer satisfaction/loyalty. Active on customer survey campaigns.
Ensure respect of work and full the compliance program including EHS and group/local Policy & Procedures.
Observe safety, fire and environmental protection principles. Observe company rules for waste and materials recycling
Education
College/University in the Engineering/ Architecture/ Economics/ Marketing
Work experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Management, Marketing, Sales preferable within the industry.
Requirements / Skills
Product & Sales Oriented, Strong communication, Market Analysis, Prospecting Skills, Negotiation, Self-Confidence, Presentation Skills, Client Relationships, Motivation for Sales, target oriented, persuasive, analytical
Language: English - Proficient
Very good skills in the MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.
