Role Overview:
Applies specialist knowledge in performing and reviewing specific processes and procedures within and across departments, to support achievement of divisional and corporate goals. Participates/leads in the design, development and implementation of processes within area of expertise.
Coordinates processes and procedures (which may include systems activities) and completes related analysis to ensure accuracy and completeness. May be directly responsible planning, design and completion of complex, sensitive or high impact processes. Performs, participates in or coordinates audits and reviews of existing processes or documentation to ensure appropriate standards and rules are applied. Identifies and investigates anomalies, issues or variance to be addressed.
Develops and maintains knowledge in relevant principles, processes, tools and best practices; current and forthcoming external requirements or developments. Applies knowledge to investigate and resolve complex problems or exception situations. For very complex or critical issues, works under appropriate guidance. Shares knowledge with peers and management, which may include providing advice on the application of procedures or the interpretation and application of rules. Develops and delivers training for internal customers or vendors within area of expertise as appropriate. Advises on impact of initiatives on compliance or legislative requirements.
Initiates, analyses and works on projects which deliver business solutions through improved processes which can include improved efficiencies, delivering additional customer services or leveraging outsourcing or vendor opportunities within department.
Validates or completes accurate and timely reporting. Compiles data from all relevant sources, including externally as appropriate. Prepares reports as required and may include recommendations for areas of improvement.
Monitors reports to ensure standards are maintained in relation to performance and/or compliance. May be involved in the development and maintenance of information or record management systems. Identifies risks and opportunities within key processes in the area/department. Shares findings with management. Leads/contributes to the development and implementation of options to address risks or maximise opportunities within new or existing processes.
Responsibilities:
Ensure the proper functioning of the quality control system.
Perform recordings and evaluations of calls and back-office cases according to a given repository.
Participate in the process of upgrading project quality skills through calibration and calibration sessions.
Ensure proper application and compliance of processes.
Take care of the KNOWLEDGE Base tool maintenance
Provide feedback and coaching to agents and representatives based on their performance.
Analyse the information acquired and use it to build best practices in order to reduce errors and improve process performance.
Create and manage Quality performance tracking reports.
Demonstrates a depth and breadth of knowledge / skills in their area and is often able to apply them outside of their function.
Solves complex problems independently; proactively identifies new solutions to problems.
Plan, prioritize and organize work to achieve established goals.
May be required to perform other duties as assigne
Requirements:
Strong analytics skills
Capability to understand complex reporting and convert numbers into action plans
Strong influencing and communication skills, including communication at executive level
Excellence ability to motivate and build a high performing team
Ability to build relationships and networks to drive business results
Native or near native in the Italian language
Fluent English language, preferable
Bachelor/Master's degree in Business
1-3 year experience in leadership positions
