Promotion Agent
Promotion of ONE Albania products and services in different cities of the country.
Main Tasks:
Advertise products and services through door to door, promotion booths, leaflets distribution.
Responsible for presenting products and services of the company correctly to current and prospective customers.
Responsible for attending regularly and precisely the daily/weekly/monthly schedule, flexible to adapt with its rapid changes.
Responsible for inventory and handover to the responsible unit.
Responsible for fulfilling the correct respective documentation for assigned contracts and deliver them to archive according to procedures and regulations of the company.
Follows instructions, identifies and records any service quality problems, regarding costumer complaints, and take preventive and corrective actions, according to the procedures and regulations of the company.
Follow-up for collection of payments and deposits the collected amounts of cash in the bank, according to procedures and regulations of the company.
Responsible for data entering and data modification in Customers Management System (Address, phone number, etc).
Education: Bachelor's Degree.
Experience and Qualifications: Similar experience in a relevant position.
Skills:
Customer oriented person.
Excellent communication and negotiating skills.
Able and willing to work in team and to travel at any time.
