Data Entry & Costumers Assistant
We are an institute which through a web portal presents events, offers, and profiles of diverse organizations, institutions, and companies in entire Europe in the fields of culture, tourism, fashion, lifestyle, education, science, society, business, and others.
We are looking for co-workers of different professional profiles who are interested in the above listed fields to communicate with those organizations, institutions, and companies to instruct them, how to present themselves in our web portal.
Currently, we are looking for individuals who would like to communicate with customers and enter data into the portal, as “Data Entry & Costumers Assistant”, performed as distance work or work from the office. We expect, or we would like, this job to be just a starting position from which you will continue working in a higher, more challenging and more creative position.
We are interested in continuing working with you in later phases, as long-term cooperation or full-time employment, on one of the other higher positions as; “Communication Administrator”, “Sales Representative”, “Content Editor Assistant”, “Field Content Editor” and others.
Expected knowledge and characteristics;
Assistance includes:
Entering data into the web portal,
The ability to communicate with customers,
The ability to research and edit the presentation of the institutions,
The ability to use new IT communications.
General conditions:
Fluent in English language, written and spoken,
Ability of self-initiative and engagement,
Sense of responsibility orderliness,
Ability to communicate and lead a dialogue.
