SME Product Manager
Purpose and Objective:
The main purpose of the assignment is to provide advice on how to support financially Small and Medium Enterprises, conduct relevant studies and define methods and mechanisms for that.
The specific objectives are:
Identifying and developing new opportunities for loan toward Small and Medium Enterprises in the Albanian market.
Developing and maintaining healthy relationships with the business customer network.
Supporting iute's strategies and initiatives to deliver an exceptional experience in SME lending activity.
Duties and Responsibilities
Being responsible for managing the SME loan's portfolio.
Providing a complete and comprehensive solution by understanding the nature of the business customer, the cash flow situation, and the level of risk.
Maintaining a loyal program to reach out to existing business customer, new prospects, and referral sources.
Cooperating with respective departments to promote new products & services to the business customer financing needs.
Providing advisory services to the business customers to be a successful business, helping them meet their financial needs for business expansion.
Implementation to meet the objectives set by the management.
Providing loan officers with Business customer information, financial statements and relevant documentations needed to complete the credit process.
Ensures appropriate liability/object risk assessments in accordance with the company's s risk assessment policy.
To be in accordance with the entire Albanian regulatory framework, regarding in the activity of lending to the Small and Medium Enterprises.
Monitoring overdue loans and taking any required action, after consultation with Line Manager.
Making recommendations to improve current procedures and processes to ensure work is done efficiently.
Taking an action on any other assigned ad-hoc task.
Job Knowledge/Technical Expertise:
Understands more advanced aspects of SME loans as well as the fundamental concepts of related field,
Continues to seek new and improved methods and systems for accomplishing the work of the unit.
Keeps abreast of new developments in area of SME, private sector companies and institutions and seeks to develop him/herself professionally.
Required Skills and Experience
University Diploma in finance, business administration, or a similar field.
Proven experience in SME loans products and business development.
Strong knowledge of processes and tools related to SME development mechanisms.
Have very good communication, negotiation, and persuasive skills,
Excellent knowledge of the English language and MS Office.
Willingness to travel and possess an active Class B driver's license.
