Position Overview:
We are looking for an honest, organised and efficient individual to record invoices, process payments. We are looking for someone who has an extremely high level of attention to detail to ensure there are no errors in the system.
This is an on-site position which requires you to live near the Royston area and come to property on a daily basis. Please apply only if you are based in this area or willing to relocate for the position, at your own cost.
About the role:
This role will report to the Head of Finance. We are looking for someone who, once trained, can work independently with minimal supervision. In this role, you will collaborate with the employees, vendors and hotels to ensure payments are completed on time.
Minimum Qualifications:
An undergraduate degree
Preferred 2 years of relevant work experience

Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsible for allocated workload and must meet all targets as agreed with the Finance Manager.Record invoices.Make and check payments through our system.Logging correct payments and checking for any human/system errors regarding payments.Make invoice payments.Calculate profit of each hotel, make sure all invoices are recorded correctly to the month they belong.When required, help guests with payments. This may involve calling guests directly or communicating with them via email. Providing data to other team members and other departments, where necessary.
