B2B Sales Reporting Specialist
Purpose of the position: Sales Reporting Specialist is responsible for the collection, analysis, and reporting of sales related figures. Monitor and deliver accurately in regular basis business sales target achievements reporting. Ensure correct update of target achievements report, based on the commercial policies in place.
Main Tasks:
Daily activity – activation/deactivation performance up to date. General info to Sales Force (daily) and detailed to KAM (periodically).
Renewals – Detailed reports regarding renewed contract. Setting monthly targets identify customers without contract and inform KAM accordingly in order to get respective comments.
Renewals management analysis report. Preparing the proposal for monthly targets per KAM, identify customers without contract and provide info to B2B Sales Reporting Team Leader for setting targets. Monitor and update on monthly basis retained customers base total and per segment.
Prepare and update on weekly/monthly basis for business sales team meetings and/or commercial meetings presentation on target achievement performance indicators and business sales related figures.
Customer base maintenance – once per month to be reviewed. Within the month for changes upon requests.
Support sales force for all requests related to customer's behavior (act/deactivation report, etc.) and other ad hoc requests related to their achievements and/or commissions and/or specific projects.
Prepares on monthly basis changes of tariffs plan report to ensure revenues sustainability and avoid downgrades.
Maintenance of Pipeline prospect data base. Business and public segment.
Work on/prepares/monitors inputs/info needed by Finance departments such as input for commission's calculations/IFRs 15 input/barring list reconciliation/payment reconciliations.
Prepares the historical data of GA & Churn, data base per segment, renewals on support of the forecasts for monthly/quarterly/yearly reviews for CCD financial budget.
Support on product development together with Product dep.
Gather input (revenue/lines/other) for B2B tender evaluation process.
Other reports as requested.
Education: University degree
Experience and Qualifications: 1 - year work experience in a relative functional area.
Skills:
Experience in collecting and analysing Sales Data.
Ability to learn and adapt fast to different software platforms in use in the company.
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Availability to work overtime.
