Job Description
Our Cash Reconciliation team plays a key role in ensuring the accurate allocation and posting of bank transactions within our Global Accounting department. As a
Cash Reconciliation Manager,
you will contribute to maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling accounts, processing payments, and resolving discrepancies.
Your tasks:
Reconcile bank and clearing account balances as part of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
Allocate bank transactions to the corresponding business transactions.
Process and post financial transactions in our accounting system, Oracle.
Investigate and clarify account discrepancies and payment-related issues.
Contribute to projects focused on process optimization and improving accounting efficiency.
Qualifications:
A completed commercial apprenticeship or a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Initial professional experience in accounting or a similar role.
A structured, independent, and reliable working style, with a strong understanding of numbers and good analytical skills.
A high affinity for IT systems and proficiency in common Office applications, particularly Excel.
Very good knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
