Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations across all departments: Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance, Events, and Security..
Implement efficient procedures and solve operational challenges promptly.
Prepare and manage the annual budget.
Analyze financial performance, control costs, and maximize profitability.
Foster a positive workplace culture and ensure departmental efficiency.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor legislation.
Address guest feedback, complaints, and VIP requests.
Promote a warm, welcoming, and personalized guest experience.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or related field.
Minimum 5–7 years' experience in hotel management (4–5 preferred).
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Solid understanding of financial and operational hotel management.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
