Social Media Specialist Growth & Brand Strategy
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist to join our Digital Marketing Department.
The ideal candidate will develop and manage social media strategies that strengthen our brand, grow our audience, attract new visitors, and convert them into clients or patients.
Key Responsibilities
Develop a social media strategy aligned with business goals.
Plan and manage content calendars across relevant platforms.
Maintain a professional and consistent brand identity.
Create high-quality posts, graphics, videos, Reels, Stories, and captions.
Produce engaging, educational, and problem-solving content.
Grow the audience and increase engagement, enquiries, and bookings.
Monitor performance and recommend improvements.
Follow relevant trends and identify new growth opportunities.
Collaborate effectively with the Digital Marketing team.
Requirements
University degree in IT or Economic Informatics, Digital Marketing, or any training certificates are welcome.
Experience in social media management or content creation.
Strong understanding of social media growth and audience conversion.
Creative thinking and a passion for social media and design.
Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
Responsible, proactive, and committed to meeting deadlines.
Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and improve work processes.
Creative and solution-oriented mindset, with passion for social media and design.
Experience with Canva, Meta Business Suite, and analytics.
Great communication and ability to work with the marketing department, oriented to producing a great product as a result.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in the wellness, dental, healthcare, beauty, or medical-aesthetics industry is preferred but not required
Experience producing educational or promotional content for services that require trust and careful communication.
Familiarity with paid social media campaigns, particularly Meta Ads.
Experience using analytics to improve content performance and conversion rates.
Basic knowledge of graphic design.
