Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced
AI Trainer – Financial & Investment Analysts
to help develop and evaluate high-quality AI systems for financial and investment use cases across Europe. In this role, you will apply your expertise in investment banking, asset management, equity research, credit, or corporate finance to create realistic finance tasks, assess AI-generated outputs, and provide expert-level analysis and feedback.
You will work at the intersection of
finance and artificial intelligence
, helping ensure that AI models can accurately interpret financial information, build and assess financial models, perform valuation and credit analysis, and produce commercially realistic investment insights.
What Does Day-to-Day Look Like?
Create technically accurate finance and investment tasks based on real-world professional scenarios.
Develop clear assumptions, financial data, calculations, forecasts, and expected outputs for analytical exercises.
Review and evaluate AI-generated responses for financial accuracy, logic, completeness, and realism.
Analyze company financial statements, operating performance, valuation, capital structures, and investment cases.
Build or review financial models covering areas such as DCF, comparable-company analysis, transaction multiples, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
Develop and assess tasks involving credit analysis, capital markets, investment research, portfolio evaluation, and corporate finance.
Identify errors in financial reasoning, calculations, assumptions, and recommendations.
Provide detailed, structured feedback to improve AI model performance.
Apply professional judgment to determine whether an AI-generated financial analysis is technically sound and commercially credible.
Collaborate with AI, data, and finance specialists to improve evaluation frameworks and task quality.
Stay current with financial markets, valuation practices, analytical methodologies, and industry developments.
Requirements
3–8 years of professional experience
at Analyst or Associate level in investment banking, asset management, equity research, credit, or corporate finance.
CFA Level II or above
, or active progress toward the
CAIA qualification
.
Strong expertise in
company valuation, financial modeling, forecasting, and financial-statement analysis
.
Practical experience in
credit analysis, capital markets, investment research, or portfolio evaluation
.
Strong understanding of financial markets, investment concepts, and corporate finance principles.
Ability to create technically accurate and realistic finance tasks with clear assumptions, calculations, analysis, and recommendations.
Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with a strong attention to detail.
Ability to critically evaluate financial analysis and identify inconsistencies or unsupported assumptions.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple analytical assignments, and consistently deliver high-quality work.
Preferred Qualifications
Completed
CFA charter
, particularly for candidates with 5–6 years of relevant experience.
Experience working with complex financial models, investment cases, or institutional research.
Background in private equity, venture capital, hedge funds, credit investing, or portfolio management.
Experience evaluating investment recommendations, company forecasts, or portfolio performance.
Familiarity with AI, machine learning, data annotation, model evaluation, or AI training projects.
Experience designing financial case studies, assessments, technical exercises, or investment research materials.
Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
Additional European language proficiency is a plus.
