The Role
We are looking for a self-motivated individual to be part of our customer service team. An excellent level of speaking and writing in German and a good level of IT / English literacy is required to communicate with the team.
As an online player, most of our enquiries are email based which therefore requires a good sense of organisation and a good knowledge of Customer Service rules. We are looking for a flexible team player who is interested in becoming an essential part of our business. There is a lot of room to develop with this position to assist in other departments, whether it is contents, optimization analysis, marketing, blog creation, social media, ETC, which will allow you to expand into different work roles within the company - based on your performance.
You should have a good internet connection and ideally experience with Amazon or Shopify to make the training smoother, although not a prerequisite.
