Logistics Supervisor
.
Essential Responsibilities:
Plan and monitor deliveries, collections, shipments, and transportation schedules;
Liaise with transport providers, suppliers, customers, and internal departments to ensure timely execution of logistics activities;
Follow up on open orders and shipments, identifying potential delays or operational risks;
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of transport, delivery, and inventory-related documentation;
Monitor delivery timelines, service levels, transportation costs, and logistics performance indicators;
Support the organization of warehouse activities in line with delivery and distribution priorities;
Coordinate operational staff involved in goods handling, dispatch, and delivery preparation;
Maintain accurate records and prepare periodic reports on shipments, deliveries, stock movements, and operational performance;
Support stock monitoring activities and periodic inventory controls;
Ensure compliance with internal logistics procedures, health and safety requirements, and quality standards.
Requirements for this position are:
Previous experience in logistics, distribution, warehouse operations, or supply chain coordination;
Good understanding of order fulfilment, transportation processes, inventory flows, and logistics documentation;
Experience working with inventory, transport, or logistics management systems;
Good command of English or Italian Language;
Good planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills;
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with different internal and external stakeholders;
Accuracy, accountability, and a results-oriented approach.
