Business Development Representative
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join Qterra Property Management. This is an on-site position where you will work with clients across Canada, and the ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, building relationships with property owners, and promoting our property management services.
Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Present and promote our services to property owners.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Follow up on leads and close service agreements.
Maintain accurate CRM records.
Key Qualifications:
Previous sales experience preferred.
Strong English proficiency.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
Comfortable using CRM systems.
Working Shift:
Monday – Friday (15:00 – 00:00)
(On-site, transport covered).
