Role Overview
As a Business Account Rater - Italian Language, you will evaluate AI-generated responses using a corporate Google Workspace account to ensure they are relevant, accurate, and personalized for business users.
What does a day-to-day look like?
* Review and evaluate AI-generated responses.
* Compare multiple AI outputs and select the best response.
* Identify personalization or accuracy issues.
* Provide clear, structured feedback following project guidelines.
Requirements
* Native-level Italian proficiency.
* Excellent knowledge of English
* Active Google Workspace (Corporate Gmail) account with 1,000+ emails and regular business activity.
* Available to work up to 40 hours/week with 4 hours overlap with PST.
Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years of professional experience.
* Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
* Excellent written communication skills.
* Experience in AI evaluation, QA, annotation, or content review is a plus.
