is currently seeking an experienced
Marketing Manager.
The Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing and executing marketing initiatives for real estate projects, as well as supporting PR and Communication strategies. Working within a matrix structure and collaborating with cross-functional teams, the role focuses on the operational management of project-specific marketing activities, ensuring the effective execution of approved strategies within the allocated budget.
Major responsibilities:
Lead the planning and execution of marketing, PR, and communication initiatives for real estate projects, ensuring alignment with the overall business and project objectives;
Contribute to market research and feasibility studies by analyzing market trends, consumer behavior, and the competitive landscape at both local and international levels;
Develop project positioning, branding strategies, target audience segmentation, and key communication messages in collaboration with Sales, Development, PR, Design, Customer Care and Market Research teams;
Participate in the development of comprehensive marketing strategies and annual project budgets, ensuring effective budget monitoring and resource allocation;
Lead integrated marketing campaigns from concept and planning through execution, monitoring, and performance evaluation;
Oversee the digital presence of assigned projects in collaboration with the Digital Marketing team;
Coordinate and oversee the development and approval of marketing and communication material across digital, print, TV, radio, and other relevant channels;
Maintain a strong understanding of project developments through close collaboration with Sales and Project Management teams and regular site visits;
Monitor and analyze marketing performance data, campaign effectiveness, consumer behavior, and industry trends to optimize marketing strategies and maintain a competitive market position.
Requirements for this position are:
Bachelor’s Degree in
Marketing or Business Administration
, or a related field;
At least 5 years of relevant experience in marketing;
Proven experience in
developing and executing marketing strategies and managing multiple projects simultaneously;
Strong management and cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working with a matrix structure;
Excellent
communication, stakeholder, and client management skills
;
Analytical skills and the ability to translate data into effective business and marketing decisions;
Experience in managing marketing budgets
and ensuring cost-effective execution of activities;
Ability to perform in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
