On behalf of a leading international non-governmental organization (NGO) operating in Albania, we are looking for a
Corporate Fundraising Officer
to develop strategic partnerships with the corporate sector and drive sustainable fundraising growth.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new fundraising opportunities, building and managing long-term relationships with corporate partners, implementing fundraising campaigns, and securing financial support through strategic collaborations. This role plays a key part in strengthening the organization’s financial sustainability while promoting its mission, values, and social impact.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement the corporate fundraising strategy and annual activity plans in line with organizational objectives.
Identify, approach, and cultivate long-term relationships with corporate donors, sponsors, and strategic partners to secure sustainable funding opportunities.
Build, manage, and strengthen a portfolio of corporate partners to ensure long-term engagement and retention.
Prepare compelling fundraising proposals, sponsorship packages, partnership presentations, and funding requests tailored to corporate partners.
Negotiate partnership agreements and ensure their successful implementation while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
Plan, implement, and monitor corporate fundraising campaigns, donor engagement initiatives, partnership activations, and fundraising events.
Monitor fundraising performance by analyzing KPIs, fundraising results, market trends, and partnership effectiveness, implementing improvements where necessary.
Prepare regular reports on fundraising performance, partnership outcomes, and financial results for internal stakeholders.
Manage budgets related to fundraising initiatives and ensure effective financial planning and reporting.
Represent the organization professionally in meetings, networking events, conferences, and corporate engagements while strengthening brand visibility and reputation.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Public Relations, Communications, Social Sciences, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in sales, business development, marketing, or corporate partnerships.
Previous experience in fundraising is considered an advantage.
Demonstrated success in achieving sales or business growth targets, developing strategic partnerships, or managing corporate accounts.
Experience in fundraising and donor acquisition is considered an asset.
Excellent relationship-building, networking, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong communication, presentation, and proposal-writing abilities.
Experience coordinating corporate events, partnership initiatives, or fundraising campaigns is considered an advantage.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor KPIs, evaluate performance, and identify growth opportunities.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Fluency in Albanian and English, both written and spoken.
