a well-established international company, operating in Customer Experience & Business Services industry
, is currently recruiting a
HR Support Specialist.
Essential Responsibilities:
Maintain and manage accurate employee records and HRIS data;
Prepare employment contracts, amendments, and related documentation in compliance with labor legislation and company policies;
Support payroll administration by collecting and verifying salary, benefits, attendance, leave, absence, and overtime data;
Coordinate with TA & Operations teams to support onboarding and new hire integration;
Handle employee administrative requests and prepare HR reports and basic data analysis;
Support internal and external audits by insuring accurate, complete, and well-organized documentation;
Ensure compliance with labor legislation, internal policies, confidentiality, and company procedures;
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external recruitment partners;
Effectively manage priorities and deadlines across HR administrative processes.
Requirements for this position are:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law or related field;
2 – 3
years of experience in HR
, or
personnel administration;
Good
knowledge of Labor Law and HR practices
;
Very good English and Italian;
Proficiency in MS Office
(Excel is a MUST),
and/or Google Workspace;
Very good communication, organizational and team work skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines;
Analytical mindset with the ability to work with recruitment metrics and reporting;
Availability to travel to Durres twice per week
