What You Will Do
Business Development & Growth
Identify and acquire new clients and strategic partnerships
Develop relationships with SMEs, founders, corporates and ecosystem players
Support proposal writing and opportunity development
Help expand the company’s market presence internationally
Contribute directly to revenue growth
Consulting & Client Delivery
Support and partially lead consulting engagements
Participate in innovation, sustainability and transformation projects
Contribute to workshops, strategy sessions and client presentations
Assist in project coordination and implementation
Positioning & Thought Leadership
Support company visibility and market positioning
Contribute ideas for new services and business models
Strengthen Koestinger’s role within entrepreneurship and innovation ecosystems
Who We Are Looking For

Required Background & Experience
Professional Experience
Minimum 5 years of total professional experience
2–3 years in a top-tier consulting environment (Big 4 / Big 5 preferred)
Exposure to:
strategy
transformation
digitalization
sustainability
SME advisory
innovation programs
Client-facing experience is essential
Exposure to business development or sales is highly desirable
Education
Degree in:
Business Administration
Economics
Management
Strategy
IT
or related fields
Languages
Excellent English (C1/C2)
German is a strong asset
Additional languages are a plus
International Exposure
Experience in international projects, export initiatives or cross-border collaboration is highly valued.
