We are looking for a motivated and confident Appointment Setter to join our growing sales team. This role is ideal for someone with strong English communication skills, outbound calling experience, and a results-driven mindset.
You will speak with business decision-makers, introduce our services, and schedule qualified appointments for our sales team.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential business clients
Speak with decision-makers and introduce our services
Schedule qualified appointments
Keep accurate follow-up notes in the CRM
Meet daily and weekly activity goals
Training & Evaluation
All new hires begin with a one-week training and evaluation period.
Performance-based compensation during the first week
Expected call volume: 150+ calls per day
This period helps both you and our team evaluate fit and performance
Compensation
Base salary per week + commission for each appointment
Additional performance bonuses
Weekly payment via Wise or PayPal
Requirements
Strong spoken and written English
Professional and confident phone communication
Experience in sales, appointment setting, call center, or B2B outreach
Strong follow-up and communication skills
Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling
Reliable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented

Stable internet connection
