Food Safety & Quality Manager
This role is key to building and managing a modern “grab & go” concept, ensuring the highest standards of food safety and product quality for our customers on the move.
Main Responsibilities;
• Develop and manage the grab & go food & beverage assortment
• Ensure full HACCP and food safety compliance
• Monitor product freshness, hygiene, labeling, and expiry controls
• Drive F&B sales performance and reduce food waste
• Train store staff on food handling and hygiene procedures
• Support daily retail operations and customer experience
• Coordinate with suppliers and operational teams
• Contribute to ESG and sustainability reporting
Requirements;
• 4–6 years of experience in Food & Beverage, food retail, or convenience retail
• HACCP certification is mandatory
• Experience in grab & go or travel retail is a strong advantage
• Strong operational and retail mindset
• Hands-on, organized, and detail-oriented profile
• Good communication and teamwork skills
